• User-Generated Content: Published stories, chapter episodes, comments, story ratings, likes, and user favorites.
• Financial & Transaction Information: Mobile money transaction reference logs for purchasing paid stories or processing author earnings withdrawal requests via integrated secure payment gateways (SonicPesa, Snippe). Note: We do NOT store credit card numbers, bank credentials, or mobile money PINs.
• Technical Device Data: Device model, operating system version, browser type, and IP address for security auditing, fraud prevention, and session maintenance.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly processed to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the story reading and publishing platform
• Manage user authentication, author accounts, and author wallet payouts
• Send essential transactional notifications (e.g. password resets, purchase receipts, new episode alerts)
• Prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized account access, and spam
• Comply with legal obligations in the United Republic of Tanzania

4. Third-Party Advertising & Data Sharing

No Third-Party Ads: Simulizi Hub does NOT display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdMob or external ad networks). We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party ad networks or data brokers under any circumstances.

Trusted Service Providers: We share data only with essential payment processing gateways (SonicPesa, Snippe) strictly to fulfill transactions requested by the user.

5. User Data Rights & Account Deletion (Google Play Requirement)

In accordance with Google Play Store User Data policies, every user has the right to access, update, or permanently delete their account and associated data.

6. Data Security & Storage

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures including SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) in transit, strict database access controls, hashed user credentials, and regular vulnerability checks to keep your personal data secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Simulizi Hub is designed for general audiences aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, contact us immediately and we will promptly remove the information.
