1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Simulizi Hub ("Application" or "Platform"), owned and operated by Swaxnet (Lead Developer: Benjamini Omary), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Services

Simulizi Hub provides a digital storytelling platform enabling users to:

• Read free and premium Swahili web novels, stories, and literary episodes
• Write, self-publish, and monetize original stories (for registered authors)
• Engage with authors and readers via reviews, ratings, and comments

3. User Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful account registration information.

4. User Content & Author Monetization

Authors retain full copyright ownership of their original content submitted to Simulizi Hub. By publishing, authors grant Simulizi Hub a non-exclusive license to host and distribute the content on the platform.

Prohibited Content: Explicit child abuse material, hate speech, copyright infringement, spam, and fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

5. Payments & Author Earnings

• Payments are processed securely via registered payment gateways (SonicPesa, Snippe).
• The platform retains a standard 4% platform commission on reader purchases to cover operational costs.
• Minimum author wallet withdrawal payout amount is TZS 10,000.
